I will start of by telling how a teacher should not be... and the describe the ghastly incident which took place a week ago.

How important is a teacher in a human beings life. "They can build a titanic, at the same time they can scuttle a titanic". Sounds Quixotic, read on you will know what I mean....

There are two kinds of teachers that a student comes across one is a dogmatic one and the others are marked by humane characteristics. Apart from these, What I can aver is a teachers imperative quality is dedication to their work. The efficacy of their classes depends wholly on how they come prepared to classes. I am sure any teacher will become disputatious if we say he/she is not devoted to her work. This might as well be the reason for their failure with students.

I have listed a few qualities that teachers should not posses.
* Reticent, Diffident
* Allusion phobia ( example would be throwing a student outside if he coughs)
* Despotism
* Nepotism
* Doing slipshod work.
* Don't deluge in completing syllabus.

I might sound presumptuous to many readers, but then the reason for me to stress so much is because teachers have preternatural powers.
Mark these words "THEY CAN CHANGE DESTINY". Especially the school teachers have a very huge advantage. They have an opportunity to run a surveillance on every student in the class. They can spot the unruly contumacious from the docile and train them. Many of the school teachers should be adept in maintaining rapport with the students. The school can corroborate to this by making sure the class teacher does not change very often.

What really made me write so much on the qualities the teachers should not posses
The appalling incident in Bangalore wherein a school girl experience unexpected onslaught of her very own incident. Hope they have realised the enormity of their actions. I read her statements in the paper...

The teacher started of by accusing the student of not completing Homework(which she had done). The teacher tore it away and affronted and vilified her infront of her fellow classmates. She was deluged to the Head Mistress's room where there was more trouble waiting for the girl. To be frank they engaged them selves in bitter vendetta. The girl was punched in the jaw. Her head was beaten against a wall. These sacrilegious act was followed by one of the most disturbing appalling punishment. They removed her skirt and beat her up in the thighs. The explicate sanguinary details appalls me further more.

I have a big doubt " Are they human beings". They even warned her "She would be stripped of her clothes and made to stand nude infront of all the classmates" such abysmal creatures are they. These people should be killed for bringing shame to this reverent post in society.
